He’s Watching You

EXCLUSIVE: Concourse Media has acquired worldwide sales rights to the completed horror thriller He’s Watching You from writer-director Jordon Foss who produced the Mark Wahlberg feature Father Stu.

Jan Luis Castellanos from Uglies, Gianni Decenzo from Cobra Kai, Tiana Le from Insecure, and Elizabeth Yu from May December star.

Inspired by actual events, the film follows a reclusive teenager who stumbles upon VHS footage of a mysterious figure in red known as The Pill who is believed to be behind numerous disappearances. When people around him begin to die in gruesome fashion, the youngster believes he could be the suspect.

Rights for North America are currently under negotiation, and Concourse will be discussing international territories with buyers at the AFM (November 11-16) in Los Angeles.

Foss produced through Palm Drive Productions alongside Bradley Gallo and Michael A. Helfant of Amasia Entertainment. Executive producers are Ellisa McKissic-Hagen, Jere Hausfater, and Josh Sathre.

Concourse CEO Matt Shreder and Kristin Harris of Concourse Media negotiated the deal with Gallo and Hausfater.

Shreder called He’s Watching You a “bold, unnerving vision that taps into real-world terror,” adding: “It’s the kind of elevated genre film that reminds audiences why they love to be scared, and we can’t wait to bring it to buyers and audiences worldwide.”

“I couldn’t be more excited to partner with Concourse Media on He’s Watching You,” said Foss. “They share my passion for director-driven narratives, and we can’t wait to unleash this terrifying true tale to audiences all around the world.”

He’s Watching You has played festivals, under the title Black Spines, including Tokyo Horror Film Festival, Paris International, LA Film Festival, and Telluride Horror Film Festival.
