Jean Prewitt will continueas president and chief executive officer of AFMA and Jonathan Wolf will retainhis position as AFMA executive vice president and managing director of the AFMfollowing a unanimous vote by the board of directors.

"Our board moved early andenthusiastically to ensure Jean and Jonathan's continued presence," MichaelRyan, chairman of the Los Angeles-based trade organisation, said in astatement.

"Both have contributedsignificantly to making AFMA a quality service organisation in one of theentertainment industry's fastest growing sectors." Both Prewitt and Wolf havesigned new contracts through 2006.

Prewitt, a former lobbyist,attorney and senior vice president and general counsel for UIP, assumed herpost in April 2000.

Wolf took up his currentposition in 1998 five years after joining AFMA. Prior to this he served as anaccountant and held senior financial executive roles at CBS BroadcastInternational, New World International and marketing/distribution outfit StudioThree Film Corporation.

The pair recently negotiateda strategic relationship between the AFM and the AFI Los Angeles Film Festival,resulting in a controversial market shift from February to November beginninglater this year.
