The film is produced by Sue Baden-Powell and Charlie Hanson and executive producers are Gervais and Merchant.

Cemetery Junction will shoot on location in and around London, and will be based at Shepperton studios. Sony Pictures Entertainment has worldwide rights and the film is scheduled for a 2010 theatrical release.
