Five cinemas nominated for companies that have more than 25 screens.

The Screen Awards have unveiled the shortlist for the category Cinema of the Year – from a company over 25 screens.

The five nominees are:

  • Cineworld Birmingham Broad Street
  • Cineworld, O2
  • The Lounge at ODEON
  • ODEON Trowbridge
  • Vue Birkenhead

The previously announced finalists for Cinema of the Year for companies of 24 screens or less are:

  • Broadway (Nottingham)
  • Brunswick Moviebowl
  • Filmhouse (Edinburgh)
  • Glasgow Film Theatre
  • Market Hall Cinema Brynmawr Community Group
  • Olympic Studios
  • The Kinema In The Woods 
  • The Maltings Theatre & Cinema
  • Zeffirellis

The winners will be announced at the awards gala on Oct 23 at The Brewery in London.
