UPDATED: James Bond remained irrepressible outside North America and is closing in on $300m after a mere 10 days. The result puts Sony Pictures Releasing International’s (SPRI) total box office for the year-to-date on $2.16bn – overhauling the $2.14bn record with two months of the year to go.
