Milos Petricic's Almost Totally Ordinary Story opened last weekend at the third position in its home territory. The urban comedy, featuring a cast of newcomers sold 3,448 tickets to earn $9,020 for distributor Pro Vision.
The two top positions are held by Small World and Pirates Of The Caribbean for the third weekend in a row. The local crowd-pleaser gained 10%, after last weekend's 17% rise and grossed another $41,354 from 15,165 admissions for a total of $193,529. Pirates fell off 29%, selling 5,106 tickets for a total of $79,099.
American Wedding opened in fifth, with only 1,138 admissions and $2,954 for distributor Vans, and was unable to overtake SWAT in its second weekend, in spite of its 40% decline. The biggest disappointment of the week is the opening of Bandur's Piglet's Big Movie which sold only 1,089 tickets for the weekend for a total of $2,026.
