What do you think of the concept of VOD Almighty'
There's definitely a need for an editorial film proposition and they have an already -established network of country agents to help them achieve that. They've also got great film credentials as individuals.

How are you helping them'
We have around 10 people from business strategy to marketing to video-on-demand experts working on it. We've met most weeks and are nearing completion on this project.

We've helped them understand their audience, taken them through a market segmentation, and developed their brand identity. We also reviewed their business plan, developed a pricing strategy, and gave them feedback on the information architecture of their current site.

What areas do they need to develop'

They just need to get it to market now. Today's online development process is all about fast and constant reinvention, not getting it all right on paper. Live experience is everything.

What will they gain from the Take 12 programme'
They already arrived with a sold grasp of business economics. During the programme I think they've learned about focusing on specific audiences and making business and content decisions based on those people. They've also gained an understanding of consumer expectations. They've kept a really open mind so it's been a very pleasant journey.
