Sulzer will report directly to Overture's president of worldwide marketing, distribution and new media Peter Adee.
Sulzer started her career at Universal nearly 10 years ago and rose through the marketing ranks to the position of vice president of media.
She developed and executed advertising strategies for an average of 16 films per year including The Mummy franchise, Seabiscuit, Ray, and The 40 Year Old Virgin.

Overture's nascent slate includes Ferris Wheel starring Charlize Theron, 105 Degrees And Rising, and Mad Money with Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah and Katie Holmes.
