Santa Monica-based producer and distributor Zenpix has solddomestic DVD/video and syndicated television rights to four theatrical titlesto New York-based international acquisition and distribution house Screen MediaVentures (SMV).

The four titles, Vanessa Middleton's in-release romantic comedy 30Years To Life, LisaFrance's family drama Anne B Real, Julia Montejo and Jesus Nebot's thriller No Turning Back and thriller Killing Edgar, will be released towards the end of2003 and early 2004 through SMV's output deal with Universal HomeEntertainment.

The deals were negotiated by Zenpix chief executive officer SusanJackson and Joe Kovacs, her counterpart at Screen Media Ventures.

Previous Zenpix titles distributed by SMV include: Pretty WhenYou Cry, Going Back, Rock My World and Night Of The Golden Eagle.

Zenpix is takingseven titles to next month's MIFED film market in Milan, namely ChristianOtjen's thriller Reeseville, Killing Egdar, Anne B Real, Jack N Green's crime thriller Pretty When You Cry, Tom Rice's wartime drama The RisingPlace, Joe Menendez'srevenge drama Hunting Of Man and erotic thriller The Cheating Game.
