Adam Mizel named COO and CFO, Gary Loffredo appointed president of digital cinema services at Cinedigm.

Both Mizel and Loffredo, who continues in his role as general counsel, will continue to report directly to Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp chairman and CEO Chris McGurk.

The two executives were co-CEOs prior to McGurk’s appointment. Loffredo has been a member of the board since 2000 and Mizel since 2009.

“I have worked with them closely for the last nine months and know they have an ideal mix of relevant industry experience and strategic insight and have demonstrated the superb leadership ability to drive Cinedigm to the next level,” McGurk said.
