Los Angeles-based American World Pictures (AWP) has added four acquisitions to add to the AFM line-up.

Comedy Group Sex stars Josh Cooke as a man who joins a sex addiction recovery group to win the girl of his dreams played by Odette Yustman. Henry Winkler, Tom Arnold and Lampanelli.

Family comedy Somebody’s Hero stars Christopher Gorham as an average New York City accountant who wins the heart of his dream girl after he accidentally foils a robbery.

The Frankenstein Syndrome stars Tiffany Shepis as a stem-cell researcher who joins a secret research group to find a universal cure. Louis Mandylor, Patti Tindall, Scott Anthony and Ed Lauter star.

Thriller Homewrecker follows a newlywed couple indebted to their best friend who subsequently introduces them to a manipulative temptress.

“We continue to introduce high concept, consumer-driven films into the market place with a windfall of excellent results,” president of worldwide distribution Jeffrey Goldman said. “Considering the enthusiastic response received thus far on our newest films, AFM looks to be very promising.”
