James Kent’s The Secret Diaries Of Miss Anne Lister won Outfest’s grand jury award for outstanding international dramatic feature as the event closed over the weekend.

Ned Farr’s A Marine Story won the corresponding US award, while Kerthy Fix and Gail O’Hara’s Strange Powers: Stephin Merritt & The Magnetic Fields took outstanding documentary honours.

A Marine Story took the audience award and Forever’s Gonna Start Tonight by Michelle Lawler claimed the documentary prize.
