EXCLUSIVE: Cinema Management Group (CMG) head Edward Noeltner has closed a timely deal with the Dubai-based distributor, licensing Middle Eastern rights on its entire market slate to the distributor.

The agreement covers LD Entertainment’s anticipated horror thriller The Collection, SXSW Audience Award winner Eden, Enderby Entertainment’s paranormal horror thriller No Tell Motel, Brian Brightly’s psychosexual thriller Liar’s All and Moriah Film’s Winston Churchill: Walking With Destiny.

CMG has also pre-sold Gateway Films and Atlas Independent’s heist thriller Get Lucky featuring rising UK star Luke Treadaway.

“We’re delighted that our new Cannes 2012 line-up, which is also our most commercial since starting the company eight years ago, with five genre-driven titles, is proving to be a hot commodity for Front Row,” said Noeltner.

“CMG’s line-up fits in perfectly with our release strategy for 2012/2013 and we are very happy to be in business with Edward Noeltner and his team,” said Front Row Entertainment MD Gianluca Chacra, who negotiated the deal with Noeltner.

The Collectionfollows on from the 2009 cult horror hit The Collector, which Noeltner licensed to more than 40 territories. Mickey Liddell’s new theatrical distribution venture LD Distribution will release the story of Arkin, who having escaped from the clutches of the Collector in the first film is forced to return to the monster’s lair with a team of mercenaries to rescue a wealthy man’s daughter.

Marcus Dunstan reprises his directorial role and co-wrote the screenplay with his Saw franchise writing partner Patrick Melton. Josh Stewart, Emma Fitzpatrick and Lee Tergesen star and CMG will be screen The Collection to buyers by invitation only on May 18 at 5:30pm in Lerins 1.

Edentells the true story of a young woman forced into the sex trade and recently won the SXSW audience award and earned Jamie Chung the special jury award for best performance. It screens on May 17 at 4pm followed by a reception with the woman who inspired the story and producer Colin Harper Plank.

Paranormal horror thriller No Tell Motel stars Angel McCord, John Hawkes, Chalie Howes, Andrew MacFarlane and Chelsey Reist and was directed by Brett Donowho. It explores the fallout when five friends become stranded art an abandoned haunted motel and screens on May 18 at 2pm in Lerins 2.

Brian Brightly directed Liar’s All starring Matt Lanter, Torrance Coombs, Gillian Zinser, Alice Evans and Sara Paxton in the story of a New Year’s Eve game that spins out of control and ends in murder. Liar’s All screens on May 19 at 5.30pm in Lerins 1.

Documentary specialist Moriah Film’s Winston Churchill: Walking With Destiny explores the legacy of Britain’s wartime leader and screens on May 17 at 12noon in Lerins 2.

Get Luckyis currently in post-production and is a British heist thriller with a romantic twist. Treadaway is joined in the cast by Emily Atack, Marek Oravec, James Cosmo, Richie Campbell, TJ Ramini, Terry Stone and Craig Fairbrass. Sacha Bennett directs.
