The Los Angeles office of Berger Kahn has re-formed as Gladstone Michel Weisberg Willner & Sloane LLC.
Leon Gladstone and Owen Sloane are heading the entertainment department. The new firm will continue to be based in Marina del Rey.
Gladstone has expertise with entertainment insurance coverage advice, as well as representing producers, directors, writers, distributors and below-the-line talent.
Sloane represents artists including Chris Daughtry, Chester French, Rob Thomas and the Frank Zappa estate.
The firm will also handle litigation, insurance, business and corporate, professional liability, aviation, labor and employment, bankruptcy, real estate and trials and appeals.
