Toronto-based Cinemavault Releasing International has acquired overseas rights to Midnight Clear and Wind Man heading into the AFM.

Midnight Clear will be released through Lionsgate in the US in December and stars Stephen Baldwin and Kirk B R Woller in a story about five strangers whose lives are changed by random acts of kindness.

Seth Willenson and Ken Meyer negotiated the deal on behalf of the producers with Cinemavault's vice president of acquisitions Michael Paszt and director of acquisitions, Robert Yu.

The Russian magical realist drama Wind Man from Khuat Akhmetov tells of an old man with large broken wings who falls from the sky after a thunderstorm.

Cinemavault will also unveil the world premiere screenings of Daniel Adams' drama The Golden Boys (formerly Chatham) with David Carradine, Rip Torn and Bruce Dern, and the action thriller Rockaway.
