Swiss distributor Ascot Elite Entertainment has acquired all German rights from HanWay Film Sales for John Curran’s Tracks.
Mia Wasikowska stars in the true story of a woman walking for nine months through the Australian desert in 1977.
The Venice and Toronto title was picked up by The Weinstein Company for the US.
Forthcoming releases at Ascot Elite’s Swiss theatrical distribution operation and its German arm Ascot Elite Filmverleih will include Jon S Baird’s Filth and Joseph Gordon Levitt’s comedy Don Jon, which are both being presented in gala premieres in Zurich this week.
