Matthew Rhodes has been named president of Mandalay Vision in the wake of Celine Rattray’s departure to form Maven Pictures with Trudie Styler.

As part of the transition the company has relocated from New York to the Mandalay Pictures headquarters in Los Angeles.

Rhodes founded Persistent Entertainment and his producing credits include An Unfinished Life starring Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman and Jennifer Lopez, as well as Southland Tales from Richard Kelly and the upcoming Nailed from director David O Russell.

The executive founded Persistent Entertainment and prior to that worked for Scott Rudin.
