Former Paramount Home Entertainment business operations head Steve Bertram has joined Relativity Media as COO and CFO.

Bertram will directly report to Relativity president Michael Joe, and CEO Ryan Kavanaugh. Andrew Marcus was promoted recently to president of corporate development and strategy.

Prior to Paramount Home Entertainment Bertram was CFO of DreamWorks and played a role in that company’s sale to Viacom.
