Disney extends YouTube deal to UK, range of portfolio titles available

Disney has signed a TVOD content deal with Google to make portfolio titles available in the UK on YouTube and Google Play, the cloud based service for android phones and tablets.

The deal builds on an existing pact the companies had in the US.

Available films will include Real Steel, Fright Night, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and Con Air.

Prices start from £2.49 SD/£3.49 HD per film.

Viewers will have 30 days to begin watching their rental, and 48 hours to finish and can watch across a number of devices.
