Troubled Water wins Hamptons' Golden Starfish
Erik Poppe's Norwegian-Swedish film Troubled Water won the 16th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival's Golden Starfish Best Narrative Feature and an awards package of more than $185,000 of in-kind production services. Megumi Sasaki's US entry Herb And Dorothy took the documentary award and a $5,000 cash prize while special recognition went to Chao Gan's Chinese-German film
