Mexican businesswoman Elisa Salinas has joined the board of directors of Spanish outfit Filmax.
She runs TV Azteca and has produced films including First And Last Love, Borderland, Contracorriente, and Eggs: A Breaking Comedy. Salinas currently lives in Paris.
“Elisa’s incorporation to the company willprovide us with great opportunities for future projects, both in film and television, in a Spanish speaking market which represents a potential audience of over 300 million viewers,” said Julio Fernández, President of Filmax.
