Freestlye Releasing will open Anthony Burns’ feature directorial debut Skateland in New York and Los Angeles on Mar 25.

The film premiered at Sundance last year and stars Shiloh Fernandez, Ashley Greene, Heath Freeman, Brett Cullen and Taylor Handley.

Set in the early 1980s in small town Texas, Skateland centres on a charismatic young skating rink manager and his close-kit group as their lives begin to unravel.
