The Santa Monica-based sales, production and distribution company has unveiled a fresh roster for the Croisette including supernatural thriller The Occupants and Cavemen starring Skylar Astin from Pitch Perfect.

Chad Michael Murray and Camilla Belle also star in Herschel Faber’s directorial debut rom-com Cavemen, about a bored party animal who enlists the help of his young nephew and best female friend to find true love. Faber produces with Joe Fogel and Cole Payne and the film screens in the market on May 16.

Lightning Entertainment will also be touting Todd Alcott’s supernatural thriller The Occupants (pictured, formerly know as Blood Relative) starring Michael Rady and Toby Huss and the genre title will screen on May 17.

The roster includes Rob Sitch’s Australian rom-com Until She Came Along from Working Dog Productions’ Santo Cilauro, Tom Gleisner and Sitch as well as producer Michael Hirsh. Josh Lawson and Rachael Taylor star

Ryan O’Nan’s Toronto 2011 comedy-musical selection Brookyln Brothers Beat The Best opened through Oscilloscope Laboratories in 2012 and rounding out the slate is James Abadi’s documentary Geneva Motor Show.

Lightning vice-presidents of international sales Mathilde Epstein and Alexandra Cocean along with acquisitions and sales consultant Richard Guardian will introduce the films to buyers.
