Fifth Season executive Ben Irving has joined UK-Australia production company See-Saw Films as joint manging director.
London-based Irving is currently creative director, international scripted at Fifth Season, the US studio with credits including AppleTV series Severance. Irving joined in 2022. He has also previously held roles at the BBC and Heyday Films.
Irving will work alongside See-Saw’s current joint managing director Simon Gillis, and will replace Helen Gregory, who departs after five years at the company.
See-Saw’s credits include AppleTV series Slow Horses, Heartstopper and Apple Cider Vinegar for Netflix, and Sweetpea for Sky and Starz. Upcoming productions include the feature film Tenzing for Apple, series Grown Ups for Netflix, The Great White for ABC Australia and Disney, and returning seasons of Slow Horses and Sweetpea.
France’s Mediawan Group acquired a majority stake in See-Saw in 2025.
