The New York love story charts the life, art and chaotic 40-year marriage between “boxing” painter Ushio Shinohara and his wife and artist Noriko.
The deal was brokered between Oli Harbottle, head of distribution at Dogwoof, and Carl Clifton, partner, sales and marketing at K5.
The film is set for an autumn release.
