All There Is

EXCLUSIVE: MPX will kick off sales in Toronto next month on All There Is, Gen Z drama about parent-child relations against the backdrop of media starring Jason Priestley, Mena Suvari, and Laurel Marsden.

Kit Williamson directed the feature about a troubled teen whose world is upended when a tragedy involving her best friend is blamed on her movie star father’s controversial new sci-fi film.

Amir Ohebsion and Arash Homampour co-wrote and produced All There Is alongside Sam Okun.

Marsden stars as the youngster Ava and her credits include Ms. Marvel. Priestley and Suvari portray her parents, and are known for bodies of work including Beverly Hills 90210 and American Beauty and the American Pie franchise, respectively.

The cast includes Cheyenne Jackson, Nick E. Tarabay, TikTok personality Jack Wright, and Elsie Fisher as Farah, a kindhearted classmate who helps Ava reach a deeper understanding of herself and the world around her.

Okun said: “As a father of a teenager myself, I’m passionate about our film’s importance when so many young people face challenges from exposure to 24/7 media that prior generations never had to contend with.”

MPX’s Mat Levy called All There Is “a universal story that most parents and teenagers will definitively relate to in today’s modern era of non-stop media engagement”.

Levy and Ryan Bury negotiated for MPX with Okun on behalf of the filmmakers.
