Myriad Pictures has acquired all international rights to romantic comedy Textuality and is selling the film at this week’s Mipcom TV market in Cannes.

Starring Jason Lewis (Sex and the City), Eric McCormick (Will & Grace) and Carly Pope (24), the film explores the modern day romantic challenges of two ‘serial texters.’ It was written by actor/writer Liam Card and produced by Marc Riguax through their Toronto-based production company Strident Films. Music video maker Warren P Sonoda directs and Michael Baker is an executive producer.

The deal was negotiated by Rigaux for Strident and for Myriad by senior vice president of distribution Jeffrey Engelen and senior vice president of business affairs David Ducar.
