EXCLUSIVE: Oscilloscope Laboratories has struck a multi-year partnership with TPC to handle international sales kicking off in Cannes on a slate led by 2026 Sundance entry Union County starring Will Poulter and Noah Centineo.
The deal broadens the reach of O-Scope’s catalogue and the distributor will look to increase its worldwide acquisitions. Screen understands it holds worldwide rights to approximately 40% of its current library.
TPC (formerly Three Point Capital) will tap into its global buyer network and library-distribution platform across theatrical, television, and home entertainment. Notable catalogue titles include John Cameron Mitchell’s 2006 Cannes selection Shortbus, Lara Gallagher’s 2019 Tribeca psychological drama Clementine with Sydney Sweeney, and Ceyda Torun’s Kedi about stray cats in Istanbul.
O-Scope president Dan Berger said, “We are so proud of the unique and sometimes head-scratching catalogue we’ve built over our nearly 20 years in the game. Through numerous conversations it was clear that TPC both understood and appreciated what we look for and what we do.”
Scott Bedno, managing director of sales and acquisitions at TPC, said, “With the emergence of digital platforms across the globe, and the resurgence of true independent cinema, now is the perfect time to expand Oscilloscope’s brand worldwide.”
