Distributor Synkronized has acquired US and Canadian rights to UK feature Just Ines.

The film will have a small theatrical release in February, in addition to its DVD release.

Marcel Grant wrote, directed and produced; and Richard Thompson executive produced.

Grant’s London-based Dancing Brave Pictures negotiated the deal directly with the distributor.

The story follows Tom, a man who has to redefine his life after a violent encounter, helped by a mysterious French neighbour.

Daniel Weyman and Caroline Ducey star; the other cast includes Alice O’Connell, Barbara Cabrita, Veronica Roberts, and Jane Briers.

The film has played at festivals including Mannheim-Heidelberg and Cairo and will soon travel to Belgrade.
