Taken director Pierre Morel will direct from Andrew Baldwin’s screenplay about an American artist who teams up with a washed up CIA operative to thwart an attack on Paris.

Anonymous Content developed the project with Baldwin and brought it to Vendome who preemptively acquired the property and will fully finance production.

Vendome CEO Philippe Rousselet will produce with Anonymous Content’s Steve Golin, Bard Dorros, and David Kanter.  

Morel’s other credits include District B13 and From Paris With Love.

Baldwin wrote The Outsider, the Black List screenplay set up at Warner Bros. He is writing Logan’s Run which Nicolas Winding Refn will direct. 

Vendome’s president of production Guy Stodel and vp of production and development Sarah Schweitzman will oversee for the company.
