K5 International has confirmed further sales on Tom McCarthy's The Visitor. The film has now gone to Spain (Isaan), Greece (Art Free), and the Middle East (Prime Pictures). Several other deals are imminent in Cannes.

The Visitor, his follow-up to The Station Agent, is produced by Groundswell and Participant. It has already taken $3.5m after six weeks' release in the US via Overture.

K5 previously sold the film to France (TF1), Switzerland (TF1), Australia/New Zealand (Rialto), Halcyon (UK), Israel (Shapira) and Scandinavia (CCV) with several further deals pending in Cannes.

Producers are Mary Jane Skalski and Michael London, with executive producers by Omar Amanat, Jeff Skoll, Ricky Strauss and Chris Salvaterra.
