Naples documentary to premiere at Venice Days.

French sales company WIDE Management has taken rights to Dutch documentary Scena Del Crimine.

The project shows seven views of Naples, exposing the mafia underworld.

Walter Stokman’s film has its world premiere at Venice Days. The film is produced by Zeppers Film in co-production with broadcasting company VPRO.

“We took Scena Del Crimine for many reasons”, said Anais Clanet, head of International sales & production for WIDE. “The first one being the social aspect of the subject and the fact that this film goes perfectly with our documentary line up such as, just to quote one, La Vida Loca by Christian Poveda which dealt with the daily life of the gang members in San Salvador. The cinema quality of Scena Del Crimine along with the universal subject of a lost, sensitive and vulnerable generation are very important to us.”
