Korean box-office hit has sold to US, UK, German-Speaking Europe, Taiwan, Singapore and elsewhere.

Korean studio Lotte Entertainment has closed a number of deals on its local box-office smash The War of the Arrows. For North America, CJ America acquired theatrical rights while Well Go US has taken non-theatrical rights.

The film has also sold to the UK (Showbox), German-speaking Europe (Splendid), Indonesia (PT Amero), Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia (Vapet), Taiwan (Filmware), Singapore (Festive), Indonesia (Star), and Turkey (Gen).

Han-min Kim’s historical action epic has led the Korean box office this year, with more than 7.5m tickets sold. The cast includes Hae-il Park, Seung-yong Ryoo, Moon Chae-Won, Mu-Yeol Kim and Han-wi Lee.
