Michelle Monaghan will star for Jonathan Mostow in the thriller, which Exclusive Media has added to its sales slate.

Susan Sarandon is in final negotiations to join the story about a young career woman who gets entangled with a devious criminal as she tries to find her missing sister.

Exclusive will finance and jointly produce with Mostow and Steve Alexander. EVP and head of US production Matt Jackson will oversee the project, set to begin shooting in August. CAA represents North American rights.
