Recent launched Scandinavian sales outfit Eyewell (run by Michael Werner, ex-NonStop) is pioneering a new form of digital product placement on its Finnish film and TV project Nymphs (which is being pre-sold in the Marché).

Local distributors who board Nymphs will be able to use green screen and CGI technology to provide customised ads in their own territories.

The TV series will give up to 60 opportunities for local product placement. The film version is expected to allow similar opportunities.

Produced by Fisher King Productions, this is a Twilight-style fantasy drama TV about three nymphs, Didi, Cathy and Nadia who “live among us, forever young, dangerously seductive and ever so deadly”. Nymphs’ first season has already been pre-sold widely. The second series in in development and a $6m English language feature is planned for next year.

Producers Fisher King are developing a book series and computer game to sit alongside the film and TV series.

MTV3 has already come on board to broadcast Nymphs in Finland.
