Freestyle Digital Media acquires Norman for DVD, VoD
Jonathan Segal’s drama stars Emily VanCamp, Dan Byrd, Richard Jenkins, Adam Goldberg and Billy Lush.
Kim Blackburn, Dan Keston, Hawk Koch and Segal produced the story about a funky teen who is inspired by a girl too meet challenges not meant for a youngster of his age.
The film won the Silver Hugo New Directors Competition at the Chicago International Film Festival and is scheduled for a simultaneous DVD and VoD release on May 7.
“Norman is a life-affirming film with wonderful performances and excellent reviews,” said Freestyle Digital Media CEO Susan Jackson. “The film has real heart and we are delighted to be working with such a talented young cast and director.”
