Kaleidoscope sees Monsters

UK sales outfit Kaleidoscope has boarded sales on sci-fi script We Are Monsters, set to star Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams [pictured] alongside Doug Jones.

From co-writer Rob Sprackling and with special effects from Millennium FX, the film follows a suburban schoolgirl who joins a mutant gang of teenagers on a quest to discover their true identities.

Panic Button’s John Shackleton co-writes and directs with principal photography set to start in the UK in late November. Movie Mogul Films produces.

Caroline Stern, director of International sales & acquisitions at Kaleidoscope commented: “We are very excited to be working with John and Gareth on this film. They’ve developed an original and hard-hitting screenplay, which begs for further instalments, and assembled a top level creative team to bring it to life.”

Casting is by Jeremy Zimmerman and stunt co-ordination by Andy Bennett.
