Simon Lewis’ screenplay follows the travails of a traumatised ex-soldier who wakes up in the back of a van, alongside a kidnapped boy, to find that he only has only nine minutes and 37 seconds of consciousness to work out why and how he got there.

The feature is produced under Clarke’s Unstoppable Entertainment banner alongside James Harris and Mark Lane of The Tea Shop & Film Company (Cockneys vs Zombies, Tower Block).

Filming took place in London and New York.

Eddie Cunningham, president of Universal Pictures International Entertainment said: “We are excited to continue our relationship with Noel Clarke and his talented production team, and are confident that the thrilling concept behind The Anomaly will mirror the theatrical success we enjoyed on 4.3.2.1.

Unstoppable is represented by 42mp, Ltd and ITG in London and by WME in Los Angeles.
