Bollywood's Varma Corp is developing the most expensive Indian film ever made, EK (One), an international action adventure for the global market.

EK will not have any songs or other Bollywood ingredients. The estimated budget of this feature is $20m making it the most expensive Indian film ever to be made.

Apart from Indian superstar, Amitabh Bachchan , Sanjay Dutt , Nana Patekar and Sunil Shetty are confirmed for the cast.

Aditya Basu Bhattacharya, Producer of EK, told Screendaily, "We are in the process of finalising an 'A' list Hollywood actor for a lead role."

Incorporated by film maker Ram Gopal Varma in 1994, Varma Corp will be attending the Cannes Film Festival with a slate of 12 films in development and production.

Varma has directed 19 features and produced 17 Hindi films. His Bhoot (Apartment 1202 ) India's first 'pure' horror film will have its world premiere market screening at the Cannes Film Festival on May 17th.
