The latest prestigious addition to the slate is shooting now in New York and weaves together three storylines in the internet age. Jason Bateman, W.E. star Andrea Riseborough (pictured) and Michael Nyqvist are among the cast.

Liddell Entertainment’s Mickey Liddell and Jennifer Hilton are producing alongside Wonderful Films’ William Horberg, with Marc Forster and Brad Simpson serving as executive producers. Shooting is scheduled to wrap on Nov 7.

Exclusive Media Group holds all international rights and president of international sales and distribution Alex Walton will commence pre-sales at AFM next week. International co-president Alex Brunner brought the project to Exclusive and CAA represents North American rights.

Disconnect also stars Hope Davis, Alexander Skarsgård, Frank Grillo, Paula Patton, Max Thieriot and newcomers Colin Ford, Jonah Bobo and Haley Ramm. Murderball director Henry-Alex Rubin is directing from a script by Andrew Stern.

“Mickey is a guy with great instincts for material, and has the courage to back those choices,” said Guy East, who serves as Exclusive Media Group co-chairman alongside Nigel Sinclair. “We are proud to partner on Disconnect and support him, and we hope this is the beginning of a long and fruitful working relationship.”

Disconnect is a project we’ve been passionate about since we first read the script and we feel fortunate to have found partners in Exclusive Media who share our enthusiasm,” Liddell said.

Exclusive Films International’s AFM slate include the F1 drama Rush, which Exclusive Media Group and Cross Creek Pictures are co-financing and co-producing and is being directed by Ron Howard from a screenplay by Peter Morgan.
