Park Chan-wook’s first English-language feature stars Mia Wasikowska, Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode, Dermot Mulroney and Jacki Weaver.

The psychological thriller is shooting in Nashville, Texas, and is based on a screenplay by Wentworth Miller, the star of Prison Break who wrote the piece under the pseudonym Ted Foulke.

The story tells of a young girl who develops an infatuation for her mysterious uncle after he moves in with the girl and her unstable mother following her father’s death.

Scott Free Productions’ Tony Scott, Ridley Scott and Michael Costigan are producing with Steven Rales and Mark Roybal of Indian Paintbrush serving as executive producers. Indian Paintbrush is co-financing the film with Fox Searchlight Pictures who will release the film worldwide.

Searchlight president of production Claudia Lewis, svp of production David Greenbaum and director of production DanTram Nguyen are overseeing for the studio.
