Universal Pictures will release the Kevin Hart and Ice Cube comedy on Jan 17, 2014.
Cube will play a tough undercover officer who is joined on a chaotic nightshift by a trainee who happens to be his future brother-in-law.
John Leguizamo, Tika Sumpter, Bryan Callen and Jay Pharoah round out the key cast. Cube is producing alongside Matt Alvarez, Will Packer and Larry Brezner.
Market returns to Los Angeles, runs November 11-16.
Distributor plans early 2026 theatrical release.
