The Matt Damon-Emily Blunt sci-fi romance The Adjustment Bureau has been shunted out of the summer to make way for the Zac Efron grief drama Charlie St Cloud, as Universal announced key changes and new release dates late last night [27].

Charlie St Cloud is brought forward to the summer from October 15 to July 30, bumping The Adjustment Bureau from that date to September 17.

The David Gordon Green comedy Your Highness based on a screenplay by Danny McBride and Ben Best starring Zooey Deschanel, James Franco, McBride and Natalie Portman moves back from October 1 this year to April 8, 2011.

There are new dates for a raft of titles led by Rogue Pictures’ Sundance hit Catfish, which goes on limited release on September 17 this year.

The 2011 roster includes Untitled Ron Howard/Vince Vaughn/Kevin James Comedy on January 14; long gestating The Night Chronicles: Devil produced and written by M Night Shyamalan on February 11; cave diving thriller James Cameron Presents Sanctum (pictured) on March 4; and Ballers on November 4.
