My Fault: London

Amazon MGM Studios has signed a first-look deal with Mercedes Ron, the best-selling Spanish author behind Prime Video’s hit My Fault (Culpables) film adaptations.

The Culpables film trilogy has been watched by over 100 million viewers worldwide, according to Amazon and half of Prime Video’s 10 most-watched Prime Original films worldwide in June 2026 are adaptations of Ron’s works.

Ron’s English-language UK adaptations include My Fault and Your Fault: London.

Our Fault: London wrapped production earlier this year.

The studios’ relationship with Ron now spans multiple book series. Ron’s Dímelo trilogy’s first film adaptation, Tell Me Softly (Dimelo Bajito), launched on Prime Video last year, with the second and third instalments in the works.

Next to launch on Prime Video will be Drawn Together from the Marfil’s duology on September 9.

The US Amazon MGM Studios team is developing 30 Sunsets to Fall in Love from the Bali series, marking the first US adaptation of Ron’s work.

As part of the first-look deal, Ron will be executive producing all the above and future adaptations. Ron can also bring IP by other authors to the attention of Amazon MGM Studios for possible adaptation.
