Universal Pictures has returned the Daniels’ follow-up to their Oscar-winning Everything Everywhere All At Once to the schedule and dated a wide release on November 19, 2027.
Little is known about the upcoming feature. It was originally dated for release on June 12, 2026, before the studio pulled it from the schedule.
Warner Bros’ animated musical comedy Margie Claus featuring Melissa McCarthy is scheduled to open on November 5, with Disney’s Frozen 3 dated for November 24.
Everything Everywhere All At Once was produced and distributed by A24 and ranks as the company’s highest grossing film of all time.
The mind-bending sci-fi adventure starring Michelle Yeoh, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Ke Huy Quan grossed $142.8m at the worldwide box office in 2022, $77.2m of which came from North America and $65.2m from international markets.
It won seven Oscars at the following year’s 95th Academy Awards including feature, directing and original screenplay for Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, as well as lead actress, and supporting actor and actress.
