Meyers Media Group and McDonald Entertainment are to co-finance City of Night, a thriller to be directed by Carl Franklin.

McDonald Entertainment’s Brendan McDonald will produce with Jesse B Franklin and Meyers Media Group’s Lawrence Meyers and Randy Dannenberg will executive produce. David Chisholm wrote the script, about a rookie cop and a corrupt veteran in the Los Angeles Police Department.

A date for principal photography will be announced soon.
