Semi Chellas and Esta Spalding will adapt the screenplay.

Lionsgate Motion Picture Group president of production Erik Feig, production evp Gillian Bohrer and creative executive James Myers will oversee the project for the studio.

Business affairs Robert Melnik negotiated the deal on behalf of the studio.

Atkinson is represented by Casarotto Ramsay & Associates in London. Chellas and Spalding are represented by UTA and Lesley Harrison in Canada. Spalding is also represented by Jerry Kalajian at IPG, and Chellas is also represented by attorney Ken Richman.
