Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan and executive produced by Martin Scorsese, this Hindi-language drama centres around two childhood friends who attempt to pass the national police exam.
The film had its world premiere in Cannes’ Un Certain Regard strand with further festival outings at Toronto and Zurich. Homebound is produced by Dharma Productions. India has been nominated for an Oscar three times and made the shortlist in 2022 with The Last Film Show.
