Reception was held last night [Feb 8] at the TESIRO Golden Bear Lounge.
Last night [Feb 8] saw this year’s crop of European Shooting Stars arrive in Berlin.
The ten actors were welcomed by Richard Shen, president of TESIRO, at a reception held at the TESIRO Golden Bear Lounge.
Shen presented each of the actors with a jewellery keepake, honouring their individual talents and their presence at the Berlinale.
Letter is signed by leading festival directors including Cannes’ Thierry Frémaux, Locarno’s Giona A. Nazzaro and Sundance’s Eugene Hernandez.
Tuttle says public and industry attendance set new records at 2026 edition: “There is a strong appetite for the Berlinale.”
Tuttle did discuss “mutual resignation” with the German culture minister, according to reports.
