The world premiere of Macdara Vallely’s drama is one of four selections from the main festival that top brass unveiled on Monday (9). The roster will run concurrently with the main festival from Apr 18-29.

The 2012 Tribeca Online Film Festival includes Fredric Golding’s high school wrestling documentary On The Mat, as well as The Russian Winter (pictured), Petter Ringbom’s documentary about The Fugees musician John Forté, and Jerry Rothwell’s documentary Town Of Runners about the remarkable crop of Ethiopian Olympic athletes.

Online viewers can vote for audience awards and the festival has earmarked $16,000 in prize money. Winners will be announced on Apr 26.

Commencing on Apr 17, Comcast-owned Xfinity TV and Tribeca Film’s 11th Annual Tribeca Film Festival on Xfinity On Demand initiative will show a roster that includes three titles prior to their debut at the festival – Death Of A Superhero, The Giant Mechanical Man and Sleepless Night.

The line-up includes previously screened Booker’s Place: A Mississippi Story and Jesus Henry Christ.
